Mediazoo announces the release of The Uncertainty Toolkit, the new book from bestselling authors Sam Conniff and Katherine Templar-Lewis, to be published on 1 January 2026.
The release follows Mediazoo’s acquisition of Uncertainty Experts, bringing world-leading expertise in uncertainty tolerance into the Mediazoo Group.
Built on the largest UCL study into uncertainty, the book turns research into practical tools for real-world confidence.
Giles Smith, CEO at Mediazoo, says: “The future belongs to those who embrace uncertainty, not those who fear it.”
Mediazoo is proud to announce the release of The Uncertainty Toolkit: How to Feel Calmer, Happier and More Confident in an Uncertain World, the latest book from bestselling authors Sam Conniff and Katherine Templar-Lewis, published on 1 January 2026.
The release coincides with Conniff and Templar-Lewis joining the Mediazoo Group, following the acquisition of The Uncertainty Experts in November.
The Uncertainty Toolkit draws on the world’s largest study into Uncertainty Tolerance, conducted with professors at University College London, and provides practical tools to help individuals and organisations build confidence, resilience and emotional agility in the face of constant change.
The book combines cutting-edge research with real-world case studies from former prisoners, refugees, ex-addicts and hostages who have learned to operate under extreme uncertainty and translate those skills into mainstream success.
Designed as a practical guide, the book includes exercises, a scientifically validated Uncertainty Tolerance test, and techniques exploring the interaction between mind and body.
The Uncertainty Toolkit will be available as a non-fiction hardback, with a trade paperback priced at £16.99, and an audiobook priced at £14.99, featuring a neuroaesthetic soundscape created by Ross Godfrey of Morcheeba.
Giles Smith, CEO of Mediazoo, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have Sam and Katherine and the work behind The Uncertainty Toolkit as part of the Mediazoo Group. Their research and insight into how people experience uncertainty is unmatched, and the book couldn’t be more relevant for the world we’re all navigating.”
Sam Coniff, Chief Uncertainty Expert, said: "Our goal was simple: give readers practical, evidence-based tools to face uncertainty without fear, and to transform challenges into opportunities for growth."
"Uncertainty is no longer the exception, it’s the rule. Drawing on the world’s largest study into uncertainty tolerance at UCL, this book shows how small, evidence-backed daily exercises can help people make bolder decisions and act with confidence, even in ambiguity."
Mediazoo is delighted to have the authors and their globally recognised work on uncertainty as part of its growing collective of behavioural science and learning specialists.
