Uncertainty Ready Enterprise Platform
The Uncertainty Ready Enterprise Platform (UREP) is Mediazoo’s online learning platform for organisations and their people. This section explains how we use personal information when you use UREP. The rest of this privacy policy, including information about your rights and how to contact us, also applies.
We use the information needed to create and manage your account, provide the learning experience, record progress and completion, operate assessments, manage portfolio submissions and manager reviews, issue certificates, provide support, and keep the service secure and reliable.
This information may include your name, work email address, organisation and role; account and access information; course assignments, learning activity, progress and completion; assessment answers; portfolio evidence you choose to submit; manager feedback and review decisions; certificates and awards; support messages; and technical records such as sign-in, browser, error and security logs.
If your employer or another organisation gives you access to UREP, that organisation decides why the programme is provided, who takes part and how authorised learning records are used. Mediazoo processes that information to provide and support UREP. Your organisation may give managers and administrators access to the progress, evidence and review information needed for the programme.
Private reflections are separate from work submitted for review and are not shown to managers. Information you deliberately submit for review is available to the relevant reviewer and authorised customer administrators.
UREP includes an optional virtual coach. It is enabled using the customer’s own ElevenLabs account. When the coach is used, the information needed for the voice interaction is sent to ElevenLabs to provide that interaction. Mediazoo does not use private reflections or submitted learner work for marketing or to train general-purpose AI models.
We use service providers to host, secure and operate UREP, including Microsoft Azure and, when the virtual coach is enabled, ElevenLabs. We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet our legal and security responsibilities, and follow the customer’s authorised instructions. Access is restricted to authorised people who need it to operate, administer or support the service.
